This paper explores how patterns of psychological distress—a state of emotional disturbance—and associated workplace risk factors vary between conservation job roles. We discuss how this information could be used by employers, funders, professional societies, and other institutions to interrogate inequities and design role-specific workplace interventions for those who need them most.
